TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Visitors

For competitors in our OPEN COMPETITIONS please report to the Opens Reception before playing, other visitors please report to the Professional Shop and pay any balance due on the day.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your chosen Tee Time to avoid delays.

Payments

To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

For VISITORS, a Non Refundable Deposit of £15 per person will be deducted from your credit or debit card. Please note that payment of any balance due on the day must be made in CASH or DEBIT CARD only.

For competitors in our OPEN COMPETITIONS, entry fees will be deducted in full from your credit or debit card at the time of making the booking.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a booking made using the Internet, please telephone the Golf Club on 01260 272772 Option 1 quoting your unique reference number.

For VISITORS if you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no additional charge made to your credit or debit card. Should the Golf Club be notified less than 1 week before your date of play that a booking is to be cancelled, full payment of any balance due will be deducted from your credit or debit card.

For competitors in our OPEN COMPETITIONS if you need to cancel your booking please let us know. Refunds are at the discretion of the Open Organiser depending on, for example, period of notice given, reason for cancellation, etc. No refunds are given in the case of "no shows" on the day. Should the Golf Club be notified less than 1 week before your date of play that a booking is to be cancelled, then it is unlikely that a refund will be available, unless the club can find an alternative to take the reserved tee time.

Course Closed

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit or debit
card and any deposit taken will be refunded.

For competitors in our OPEN COMPETITIONS your entry fee will be refunded or an alternative offer extended.

Booking Transferable

The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps

All visitors must have a valid CONGU Handicap Certificate, or If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

All competitors in our OPEN COMPETITIONS must have a valid CONGU Handicap Certificate. In some cases ACTIVE handicaps will be required in order for entrants to win a prize.

Dress Code

Please note Astbury Golf Club’s Dress Code for both on the course and in
the clubhouse. Details of our Dress Rules can be found on the club website: www.astburygolfclub.com .

Please note competitors in our OPEN COMPETITIONS are respectfully reminded that jackets and ties are required in the lounge after 7:00pm for meals and presentations.
